About RxRada
RxRada is a web-based, pharmacist-led platform that digitizes prescription error reporting, replacing paper-based forms with a fast, mobile-friendly tool aligned with PPB Framework FOM21/MIP/PMS/SOP/001.
Built for the Pharmacy Department at Mathari National Teaching & Referral Hospital (MNTRH) in collaboration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), Kenya, RxRada helps pharmacy teams detect, report, and analyse prescription errors in real time — turning paper trails into actionable safety data.
What it does
7-Section Error Reporting Form
A digital version of the MNTRH paper form (Sections A–G) with auto-populated fields, dropdowns, and an NCC MERP severity picker.
Offline-First
Works on any device and queues submissions locally when offline, syncing automatically once a connection is available.
Reporter Confidentiality by Architecture
Reporter identity is stored in a separate, access-restricted database collection — never visible in analytics, PDF exports, or data exports.
Real-Time Analytics Dashboard
Five panels covering KPIs, error patterns, department & prescriber trends, patient safety, and time-based trends.
AI Intelligence Layer
AI-assisted report generation and pattern analysis to help pharmacy leadership act on findings faster.
